Malini didn’t set out to build a typical law firm—and Ganvir Law isn’t one.

After years working across government and private sectors, she saw firsthand how legal decisions impact both individuals and organizations. But it wasn’t until she became a mother and created her own estate plan that something clicked.

She realized that for business owners, estate planning isn’t just about documents—it’s about continuity, control, and making sure everything holds together when it matters most.

That insight shaped the foundation of her practice.

Today, Malini works with families and business owners to create clear, practical legal strategies that align with how they actually live and operate—not just how things look on paper.

Her background in both legal and business environments gives her a perspective many estate planning attorneys don’t have. She understands not just the legal structure—but how decisions play out in real life.

A Maryland native, Malini enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, reading, and tackling a good puzzle.

She lives with her husband, Kevin, their son Roman, their dog Luna, and their cat Maya.
